Enrolment Advisors  

Enrolment advisors will be there for you at the time of admissions. They will answer your questions about admission procedures. After admissions, you'll be working with program coordinators and Student Services assistants in order to take care of your course needs.

Course Directors

Course Directors are people who develop learning modules and courses and will closely monitor your progress in a particular learning module. They will be responsible for answering any questions you might be having regarding course content.

Facilitators

These are the people you'll need the most. They are responsible for guiding each and every student enrolled at the University and make sure that they complete their courses and submit their assignments.

Program Directors

Program Directors are responsible for looking after the CLS Program. They are also responsible for addressing problems regarding program policies and other issues with curriculum.

Program Coordinators

They are mainly concerned with helping students with program registrations and billing related problems.

Student Services Assistants

Student Services Assistants will be there to help you with getting oriented with the University rules, regulations and policies. In addition to this, they will help you with other things as well such as re-enrolling, text-book ordering, financial aid and many other services.

Blackboard Helpdesk Support

You'll need to refer to them, in case you have problems with course technology.
